KOLKATA,9th November:  Thugs of Hindostan is the 1st film of Amitabh and Amir which crosses Rs 50 crore. Thugs of Hindostan is a action adventure film which features Amitabh Bachchan, Amir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Fatima Sana Saikh is main roles that is gives the wonderful start in box office. This makes Thugs of Hindostan is the biggest opener in box office of 2018. This film made Rs 52 crore on its opening day with include the Tamil and Telugu dubbed version. The hindi version has made 50.75 crore.

 Thugs of Hindosthan overtaken the 1st day box office collection of Dangal which was Rs. 29.78 crore in 2018.According to comparison of screens world wide, Dagal was released in 5300 screens and where Thugs of Hindostan got 7000 screens and ticket prices also hiked.
It has Amir and Amitabh's 1st film together.
